Sportsmen’s Dinner at Milford Bible Church

The 6th annual Sportsmen’s Dinner at Milford Bible Church will be held on Saturday, April 4th from 2-7 pm at the church on Foxcroft Drive in Milford, Pa. National Bowhunter Hall of Fame member Bob Foulkrod will be the featured speaker.

Bob is the founder and chief instructor of the highly regarded Bob Foulkrod/Golden Eagle Bowhunting School in his hometown of Troy, Pa. He is also a member of the Bass Pro Shops Pro Staff and can be seen regularly on the Outdoor World television show.

In addition to the main speaker, there will be booths and demonstrations staffed by local experts on such topics as fishing the Delaware, trapping, muzzleloading, bow building, taxidermy and much more. There will also be a casting(fishing) demonstration and 3D archery shoot on the church grounds at 1pm prior to registration. Prizes including hunting, fishing and outdoor equipment will be given away at the conclusion of the main session.

The church views this event as an important outreach to the community. And as always, the church will be transformed into an eye-catching display of God’s Creation, with over 50 big-game and fish mounts on display in the lobby and outdoor scenes in the gym where the dinner is served including 15 foot pine trees and a live (indoor)trout pond.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for those 16 years of age and younger. For tickets and more information call (570) 296-6019 . For pictures of past years go to www.milfordbiblechurch.org under “Ministries”.
